Cintrom ("we", "us") provides field service management software at cintrom.com and related applications. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect

Account information (name, email, company details), the data your team enters into the product (jobs, customers, photos, invoices), and technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

To provide the service, send transactional email (invoices, invitations, billing notices), and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' information for marketing.

Your data, your company

Data your company enters belongs to your company. Owners can request a full export or deletion of their account data at any time.

The mobile app

The Cintrom mobile app can use your device's location to show how far away each job is. Location is read on the device only and is never sent to our servers. The camera and photo library are used solely to attach photos to jobs, and only the photos you choose are uploaded. If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to deliver job updates; it is removed when you sign out.
