Delete your Cintrom account

In the Cintrom app

1. Sign in to the Cintrom app.
2. Open Account from the menu.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then Email me the deletion link.
4. Open the link we email you within 24 hours and confirm on the page it opens. Company owners type the company name there. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.

By email

Can't sign in? Email support@cintrom.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Company owners:deleting your account deletes your company's workspace. Access ends right away, the subscription is canceled, and all of the company's data — jobs, customers, photos, invoices and payment records — is permanently erased 30 days later.
• Team members: your name and email address are removed and you can no longer sign in. The jobs you worked on stay with your company as its business records, without your personal details.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe, which keeps transaction records as required by law; see Stripe's privacy policy.
