Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cintrom, the field service management platform available at cintrom.com and its related applications. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information your team enters and for keeping your credentials secure. Seats are per signed-in user and may not be shared.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe: a base plan that includes three seats, plus a per-seat charge for additional seats, prorated. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial; no payment method is required to start. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — access continues to the end of the paid period.

Your data

Data your company enters remains yours. If your subscription lapses, your data is preserved and access resumes when billing is restored.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach other tenants' data, no reselling access without an agreement with us.
